1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the oppatoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the oppatoto platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and oppatoto as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The oppatoto platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. oppatoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close an account if a user is found to be underage.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted only one active account on the oppatoto platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
Oppatoto reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using valid identification documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. oppatoto will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. oppatoto is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the oppatoto platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised technical means to access or operate the platform.
- Manipulating the system or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Fraud, hacking, or any activity that could compromise the security of the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the oppatoto platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action. oppatoto reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the oppatoto platform are processed in MYR (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made through legitimate payment methods and via a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name.
Oppatoto does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised or unauthorised source, oppatoto reserves the right to freeze the transaction pending further verification.
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, subject to completion of the identity verification process. oppatoto is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or payment service provider.
All promotional values, bonuses, and winnings are stated in MYR (RM) and are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Oppatoto is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and oppatoto makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. oppatoto will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical disruptions in a timely manner.
Account Suspension & Closure
Oppatoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or upon request by the authorities. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, subject to there being no outstanding claims or commitments.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the oppatoto platform — including logos, text, graphic designs, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of oppatoto or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent.

The oppatoto platform may contain links or references to third-party services. oppatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Oppatoto reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
